The work began with speech. It widened into relationship, learning and the nervous system.

For nearly a decade, I have worked where language, relationship and the body meet.
My work spans adults rebuilding speech after injury or living with stutter, international families raising bilingual children, educators creating emotionally safe learning environments, and leaders who need their communication to carry clarity and presence.
The setting changes. The central question does not: what becomes possible when a person feels safe enough to communicate, learn and be understood?
Research-minded.
Human-paced.
Clarity before performance
We begin by understanding what the person, audience or system actually needs.
The body is part of the conversation
Voice, attention, pacing and learning all change with nervous-system state.
Tools that travel
Ideas become useful when they leave the session, stage or classroom and still work in ordinary life.
Three languages.
One practice.
I work in Lithuanian, English and Spanish, online and internationally. This multilingual perspective shapes how I think about identity, belonging, accent and bilingual development.
